Not a project.
A partnership.
Ongoing creative work across web, brand, and video, from someone who knows your business, thinks about it between sessions, and shows up invested in where you're going.
This isn't a retainer.
It's a working relationship.
A retainer means you're paying for availability. You get hours on the clock and hope they're used well. The Club is different. The relationship is the point, and the deliverables happen inside it.
You don't re-brief me every time. You don't start from scratch. I already know your brand, your voice, what you're trying to build. We just keep building.
Simple by design.
One request active at a time. When it's done, you drop the next one. No meetings required, no lengthy briefs.
🎬 How video production works in the queue
Video shoots can't be fully async. They require real scheduling, planning, and sometimes crew. So video production requests move through three sequential steps, each of which closes before the next opens. In between pre-production sign-off and the shoot date, a creative track request can run in parallel so nothing stalls.
Three ways in.
Pick the level that matches where you are and how much you want running at once.
Pick your lane: web and brand work, or video production. One active request at a time. You drive the queue, I handle the execution and bring creative judgment to everything.
- ✓ Web/design OR video (your choice)
- ✓ One active request at a time
- ✓ Dedicated Trello board
- ✓ Async, no required meetings
- ✓ 48-hour response time
Good for: clients with a consistent need in one area (web updates and brand work, or regular short-form video) who don't need both tracks running simultaneously.
Web, brand, and video. All available, request-based. One active request at a time across both tracks. The full picture, moving together, from one creative who understands how they connect.
- ✓ Web/design AND video production
- ✓ One active request at a time
- ✓ Video production track included
- ✓ Dedicated Trello board
- ✓ 48-hour response time
- ✓ Monthly creative check-in
Good for: local or travel-viable clients who want web and video moving in the same direction, managed by the same person.
You stop managing the creative and start approving it. I hold the initiative, tracking what needs to happen, sequencing it, and bringing it to you for sign-off. Your creative department, running.
- ✓ Everything in Full Member
- ✓ Two active requests at a time
- ✓ I drive the creative agenda
- ✓ Priority response time
- ✓ Monthly strategy session
Good for: people with a real business to run who want a creative partner invested in the outcome, not a vendor waiting to be briefed.
The honest details.
Commitment
Month-to-month, cancel anytime. The more we work together, the more I know your business, your voice, and what you're trying to build — and that knowledge compounds into everything we make.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime. Many members come back when the time is right — the door is always open.
Third-party costs
Your membership covers my time. Anything else (crew, licensing, stock footage, locations) is passed through at cost. Always surfaced and approved before money moves.
Blackout periods
A small number of planned blackout periods per year (family, rest, the occasional trip). Communicated well in advance. You're not charged for those periods.
Slots
A small number of active members at any time. It's what allows me to give real focus to the work.
Geography
Web and brand work is fully remote. Video production requires being on-location. I'm based in Baltimore and available for local shoots and reasonable travel for the right project.
Good questions.
-
No, and that distinction matters. A retainer means you're paying for a block of hours and hoping they get used well. The Club is request-based: you drop work in, I turn it around, we move to the next thing. There's no clock running, no worrying about whether you're getting your money's worth. The relationship is the point. The deliverables happen inside it.
-
On the web and brand side: new pages, design updates, brand assets, copy edits, layout changes, graphic design, anything Squarespace-based. On the video side: short-form social content, interview pieces, mini-docs, story pieces, edits of existing footage. If you're unsure whether something fits, just ask. We'll figure it out.

Creative track requests (web updates, design work, edits) typically come back within 2–5 business days. Larger or more complex requests take longer. I'll tell you upfront and suggest how to break them into smaller pieces if that makes sense. Video production requests move through three sequential steps (pre-production, shoot, post) and the timeline there depends on scheduling, complexity, and whether crew is involved.
-
For the Creative Member tier (web/brand track), location doesn't matter at all. That work is fully remote. For video production, I'm based in Baltimore and available for local shoots. Travel is possible for the right project and the right client. We'd discuss that during the discovery call. If you're remote and only need the web/design track, Creative Member is the right fit.
-
We revise until it's right. There's no limit on revisions within a request. The request doesn't close until you're satisfied. If something is off-track, I'd rather know early and reset than deliver something you don't believe in.
-
After the initial three-month commitment, it's month-to-month with 30 days notice to cancel. There's no formal pause option. If you cancel, you can re-subscribe when you're ready (subject to slot availability). The three-month minimum exists because one month genuinely isn't enough time to see what this kind of ongoing relationship can produce.

Full Member is right if you have clear creative needs and want to drive the queue yourself. You know what you want, you just need someone reliable to execute it well. Club Partner is right if you want someone thinking proactively about your brand and coming to you with what should happen next, rather than waiting to be briefed. If you're not sure, start with Full Member. You can always move up.
